Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Order Tracking

Shipping Delays

Marggo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Marggo is not responsible for customs delays or additional customs fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Marggo is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Marggo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
